Private Gathering Room & Community Space

Humble Grounds Coffeehouse offers three types of space rental for different types and sizes of gatherings.  When we started our venture at Humble Grounds Coffeehouse, one of the first things we fell in love with was the building space itself. We envisioned many opportunities to fill our room with friends and families celebrating special occasions, or groups gathering for fellowship and other communal activities.  You can read more below to see which option best fits your needs.

The Gathering Room

Our Gathering Room (Located at our Fulshear location) is available to be reserved any day the shop is open. This is the perfect space for a Business Meeting, Baby or Bridal Shower, Bible Study or Group Lunch. If the room is not reserved, customers are welcome to sit in the room as long as it is not being occupied or being set up for an upcoming reservation.

The table accommodates 8-10 people and the space itself can comfortably host a group of up to 15-20 people.

 Reservation requests must be submitted online (see form below) providing the date & time the reservation is requested, as well as the use for the space and capacity needed. A Humble Grounds staff will get back via e-mail to you once your reservation has been received and confirmed.

 

Reservation fees are as follows:

-       $10/ hour for a minimum of two hours

-       $ 75 All day reservation

 Approved decorations are permitted. No outside food or beverage is allowed. Exceptions might be made with prior approval.

Event Space Rental- Fulshear

Do you need a big space for a private event or large gathering? We would love to share our shop with you for your gathering needs! Our Fulshear shop can be rented after regular business hours any day of the week! Our open floor plan provides natural light, and modern décor, allowing the room to be suitable for any occasion for up to 60 people. You may reference our calendar for event space availability. Humble Hideaway

 

Humble Hideaway is available to be reserved Mon-Sun anytime between the hours of 7am-10pm. This is the perfect space for a Private Meeting, Baby or Bridal Shower, Bible Study, Cookie class, or other intimate small group setting.

 

Reservation requests must be submitted online providing the date & time the reservation is requested, as well as the use for the space and capacity needed. A Humble Grounds staff will get back via e-mail to you once your reservation has been received and confirmed to discuss details of the setup and needs of your party.

 

Fees and package options are as follows:

$50/ hour for a minimum of two hours (Rental time begins at the time of checkin and ends at the time cleanup is complete)

$25 party package option (table clothes and chair covers)

 

Upon arrival one of our team members will meet you to unlock the building and review details of the space. We ask that all trash be picked up and left in the can provided and the room be left in the condition it was in upon arrival.

 

Approved decorations are permitted. All decorations used must be hung with no damage command strips and removed upon cleanup.
